A plant used for centuries with little modern study is shown as exactly that — traditional use, not proven benefit. Knowing the difference is the point of the app.
Safety comes first, by design
Tell Herbora your pregnancy status, conditions and medications and it filters what it shows you. Symptoms that need real medical attention are flagged as such, and you are pointed towards a clinician instead of a remedy. Some plants are toxic, and some interact with prescribed medication — Herbora will say so.
